Window Construction
Window is constructed from proprietary designed anodized aluminum extrusions, quality moving parts and tempered glass that combines to create a quality weatherproof product that will last for many years.
All extrusions are designed as narrow as possible to maximize glass area and sightlines.
Moving Panel Construction
All moving panels are top hung with industry proven sealed bearings running on a UHMW guide track. Both moving panels are mechanically connected so that opening/closing one panel will cause the other panel to move as well.
Weatherproofing
Windows are guaranteed weatherproof and are built with double mohair seals and interlocking jambs on all panel moving edges. The window features a sloped thermally broken sill and a ½” moving panel guide track that doubles as a rain block.
Opening Modes

Automatic windows are electro-mechanically driven with no-touch operation. Automatic opening is controlled by optical sensors and a three-position logic lock that provides for normal operation (automatic opening), peak period (locked open), and night usage (locked shut).

Manual windows are easy to operate and are carefully balanced to allow one-finger opening. The window features a large, easy to grab, handle.

Security Features
All windows are fitted with a drop down security bar which prevents unauthorized window opening from the exterior. Manual windows are fitted with Adams-Rite self closing thumb latches. Automatic windows are locked using the logic lock and can also be fitted with an optional security override that limits window opening to twelve inches.
Glazing
All windows are glazed with 1 inch sealed units, fitted with 3mm tempered glass panes on both sides.
Warranty
All windows are provided with a 12 month limited warranty for parts and labour.
Ready to Install
All windows are shipped pre-assembled, fully glazed and ready to install.

Custom Options (Extra Cost)
Custom colour finishes in either powder coat or wet coat paint application.
