Moving Panel Construction
All moving panels are counterbalanced and are guided with UHMW blocks.
Weatherproofing
Windows are guaranteed weatherproof and are built with interlocking jambs and sills.
Opening Modes

Automatic windows are electro-mechanically driven Automatic opening is controlled by a choice of push buttons or a three-position logic lock that provides for normal operation (automatic opening), peak period (locked open), and night usage (locked shut). No touch opening using optical sensors is available in certain circumstances as an option.

Manual windows are easy to operate and are carefully balanced to allow one-finger opening.
Security Features
Manual windows are fitted a plunger lock. Automatic windows are locked using the logic lock and a solenoid lock that automatically locks the window in the closed position.
Glazing
SUI Series: The moving panel and fixed panel are glazed with 1" (254mm) clear tempered insulated glass.
Warranty
All windows are provided with a 12 month limited warranty for parts and labour.
Ready to Install
All windows are shipped pre-assembled, fully glazed and ready to install.

Clear anodized aluminum or bronze (Kawneer #40) anodized aluminum finish
Custom Options (Extra Cost)
Custom colour finishes in either powder coat or wet coat paint application.
Custom sizes available to satisfy any requirements.
